About the projects. SORNFIT is a 3 AM project. Sornfit is quiet, smooth, slowly evolving, sometimes broken. Actually Sornfit just is, nothing more. Like a jet of cigarette smoke dancing in the turbulence. But you already heard that. MISE-EN-TROSPES explores the thin line (or is is really a grey area??) between music and sound. It is focussed on control of chaotic systems, much like the BULT project. In other words: how far can you push a noisy chaotic system towards music? IODI is punk techno recorded in 1 bit digital. (former REC). Sounds like |O|>|. THE CODEINE CLUB is cut and paste drum & somtin. Sornfit, Mise-En-Trospes, IOIDI and The Codeine Club are all alter egos of Tom Schouten. EL BUBB is fucked up blues noise, featuring Ben Schouten, Tom Schouten and Joris Adriaens. FUZZPOODLE is an excerpt of Joris Adriaens' noise project. And finally TU_liPs is S. Aniset, B. Golinvaux and P. Stas on a mind trip.
